A complete modernisation and extension to former corner plot bungalow. We were tasked on an open book approach to maximise build on a limited budget to complete weather tight construction on as many areas as possible could be achieved with all other works up to completion of skim plaster finish allowing final fix at a second stage. We achieved more than anticipated and also completed several external projects within the initial build. Although know to the managing director these were a new client who will be returning to Berridge & Co at some point for phase 2.
Note New extended and structurally upgraded rooflines to accept new clay roof tiles throughout.
