A new build Georgian style house. Build from scratch on a new plot with no existing services. We worked with the client to create a high specification home and with minimal design or structural information. Working on an open book basis allowed the client to steer the work as it progressed incorporating numerous change orders and scope variations. Beautiful timber sash windows and timber doors set on architectural Portland stone sill and heads, stone portico entrance. Converted existing outbuilding for recreational use, garaging and workshop. Later phase incorporated a single storey lanterned dining room and utility.
