Grade II Thatched semi-detached cottage in rural location. Pretty little cottage extension to incorporate new lounge area with new chimney & fireplace, new family bathroom, bedroom and ground floor shower room/laundry area. At later point in time we completed some external hardscaping steps and paving. Client very much entrusted us to do what we do best in terms of introducing period features detailing and finishes.
