Recommended by local estate agent we were commissioned to undertake the complete renovation and re model of this family home, even to the extent of reversing the front and back elevations, new locations for staircase, kitchen, bathrooms, ensuite bathrooms and removal of large chimney breast. Extension incorporated new large double garage and utility room. We completely re wired, plumbed and re plastered this large home. The design included a new large oak staircase, new windows and doors throughout and all elevations externally were re pebble dashed or rendered to match the existing unaffected finishes. A new oak framed porch complemented the existing property and highlighted the new welcoming front entrance.
