We were commissioned to undertake this complicated extension and internal remodel of an old Georgian coaching house near Kintbury in two/three phases. Structurally quite challenging and cost per additional square meter would probably not stack up for many but the clients are thrilled with the outcome which has released new views and outlook from the house and utilised areas of the accommodation to much greater effect. Included was: New drawing room with French doors to garden & paving, new Kitchen location and external entrance, new ground floor cloakroom and first floor bathroom and walk in shower, several new window positions, chimney removal and re roofing of several elevations.
