Hilltop Cottage project incorporated the complete refurbishment, re model and extension of this rural property. Emphasis was to retain character, cottage charm & period features of the original Victorian cottage and to replicate them throughout the extended areas. Note every existing window position was altered!! Utilising considerate and practical approach together with artisanal skilled labour, experienced sourcing of materials & working closely with the client resulted in a successful build maximising a limited budget with the ability of allowing uncompromised future work to be completed at a later stage.
Note lovely brickworks to new window positions, Oak porches, detailed roof finishing.
