Holly Cottage is a Victorian cottage which had been in neglect for substantial period of time with leaks causing severe damp and water damage. We completely renovated this pretty cottage whilst substantially extending and re modelling the layout. We introduced new central heating and complete rewire, new ceilings and complete re plaster, new drainage and treatment plant. New windows, doors throughout and we renovated the pretty original front bay window. Several structural repairs were required and alterations including the removal of a large chimney. External areas were overgrown. We introduced a new driveway, entrance paths and patio areas.
